Malaysia Wedding Photographer – The Journey of Paul Kong

I shot this wedding on May 09. Thanks for the recommendation of my previous client.

We first met both of them in Old town cafe,, They are gorgeous couple. Yuet pei is pretty and Sam is handsome, tall, and fit!! A dream guy for all girls,, hahaha,

This wedding was held in Saujana Resoort. It was my first time shooting there and i extremely love the environment… the green glass, the pool, the tree, the decoration and the people (Yuet Pei & sam ‘s family & friends).

In fact, I and the couple are from the same home town (Kampar). Our parents knew each other too.

I was assisted by Jin Han, a good fren of mine,, Thanks man!! I aprreciate his accompanion..

Below are some of my favourite,, Sure will like the environment and hope you all get the “feel” of the wedding, as well as like my style.. If time allowed, i sure will shot more portrait in the garden…

I am glad to be your  photographer

Since the first day of picking my DSLR, I know what I want to be,,,  an artist, an wedding photographer! Since then, seriously, I only shoot wedding, nothing other than that,,  hehe. Rarely I shoot other than wedding. This time, I apply part of my wedding photographs style to shoot a model, Tiffany!! Hope to get some inspiration which i can apply in my future wedding photography assignment. Nothing much to be prepare by Tiffany, but I was seriously, mentally prepared as usual in my wedding assignment.

We start everything from morning til evening while scouting for nice place. It’s hot and sweating! But everything come out worth!

It’s an honor to be wedding photographer of Kent & Janice. They were introduced by Brian & Peggy, who tag with me during Winnie’s engagement assignment. I personally love CheongSam so much, and Janice was wearing it during tea ceremony. I love the color  so much and it’s been wore before by previous generation. It’s classic indeed.

A wedding photographer should make good use of any lighting available

Kent & Janice had their wedding reception dinner in Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort, a place where I so familiar with.

The kids enjoyed the wedding dinner too

I have shot wedding event for 2 yrs and today, something pop up in my mind with some new concept and services.
I am thinking to start offer family portrait, baby portarit too. It must be great and i am ready for open discussions and concept to who ever interest with my photography service and style.

Nice weather on the event day and the venue Saujana Resort) is great and pretty!
It’s my first time shooting there and nothing disappointed me as everything went so smooth as planning. i love the environment very much.

After the wedding ceremony, it continue with luncheon.
It was so touching that especially samuel dedicatrea song to Yuet Pei. His voice is great. Hopefully no body saw my tear as I was too touched by everything done by both of them..

The ceremony start very early morning at Serdang and then we went to Ukay Perdana (Groom side) and the reception dinner at Bangsar. A tiring day but fully used! not time was wasted.. Some of the highlights. Enjoy viewing~
