Malaysia Wedding Photographer – The Journey of Paul Kong

I have been in wedding photography industry for some time and I am grateful for doing what I want to do now. It’s an honour to witness so many weddings , document their wedding and gain trust from clients. Furthermore, I feel thanksful for the help and support from my industry peers.   A sunny morning in Brisbane with the exceptionally warm hospitality of Susan & Ben’s family, it’s indeed a great day to start the shooting. I was quite tired as I prepared their childhood &  engagement portrait  slide show that taken a day before the wedding ceremony. I slept for 2 hours only , but I still enjoyed the whole shooting session.

During the garden wedding ceremony, we were very unfortunately  that we had to move in the hall  before ceremony start as rain had started. The wedding happened in the best location in Brisbane and it’s a award winning location for wedding ceremony. Before the end of the ceremony, I danced while shooting their dancing. A great great experience that is unforgettable.

As a wedding photographer, shooting at the new location (Palace of Golden Horses) this time is a good thing as I able to create some new and creative shots . Thanks to the great lighting we have. Peggy from Hong Kong while Alecs from Malaysia are both great to be work with. The whole ceremony is very similar with the wedding ceremony normally have in Hong Kong. Peggy’s lovely bridesmaids are come from Hong Kong and it’s great to have new friends from Hong Kong. These are some of my favourite shots. Let’s the images talk for me . Enjoy viewing

I found myself writing a blog post is like writing a essay, a challenge for me that I actuially not goood at writing any article. However I still pefer to write something to compliment the images taken in one of my happiest assignment.

Susan & Ben are two wonderful clients and couple. Susan a doctor while Ben is a architect who work & stay at Brisbane. Our first meeting was 2 days before their wedding and I appreciate their trust on me , someone who never meet before. Here’s some photos taken on the first day. I was so tired as I could get enough sleep in the plane, but their warm hospitality really boost some energy in my body. I will share more of their wedding ceremony photos soon. Enjoy viewing.

Forget to mention , location is Gold Coast, Australia. I hope I could spend longer time there and surfing at Surfer Paradise…

Indeed, it’s the most tiring wedding assignment I ever have. After the morning session til 12pm, we have a light meal, then we head to Avillion. Luckily I was accompany by Tiffany and Chin who help me out on the wedding.

Once we reached the resort, without any time wasting, slide show !!!!! ya,,  a slide show for dinner we prepared..

Work never end~ We continue with portrait photographs at the beach.. I love the environment there..
